ProVisors is a national networking organization exclusively for trusted advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, financial and wealth advisors, bankers and consultants. It describes itself as the largest cross-referral network of its kind, with more than 11,000 members and a "Know, Like, Trust, Refer" culture.
Each member belongs to a home group that meets monthly, and can guest at more than 600 other ProVisors groups nationwide. After meetings, members meet in "troikas" of three to get to know each other. Groups meet through a hybrid of in-person and virtual meetings, and regions include Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle and many more. Affinity groups cover interests such as real estate, estate and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and professional women.
ProVisors looks for advisors with ten or more years in their profession, a solid client base and a good network. Applicants speak with a regional director, attend a recommended group as a guest, and join only if the group extends a formal invitation.
